At LoTTus lingerie, your shopping experience is our priority. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will gladly issue a refund for items returned within 30 days of the date you received your order.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. For this reason, Panties, Thongs, Underwear etc., are all FINAL SALE.
if you wish to return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• the item must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed (please do not wear perfume or deodorant when you try on your item, as soiled garments will not be eligible for return)
• the item must be accompanied by its original tags and in original undamaged packaging
• bodysuits and swimsuits must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact
We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
If your return brings your order total under $100, we’ll deduct a $9 shipping fee to cover for the free shipping cost to you.
Order discrepancies or damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Otherwise, we can’t take responsibility.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
